1. HR is concise and to the point
2. Personal analysis test
3. No need to provide too much information
1. The interview was conducted by two female supervisors, who asked about my private life.
2. They often make presumptions and dismiss you first, only saying you are good at the end.
3. It feels like you have to stay at another company for a long time before you qualify to enter or interview for a position in the electronics industry.
4. Is leaving every job after 2–3 years a way to improve your salary by changing jobs...? Nonsense. (Why not try if there is a better opportunity?)
5. I did not actively apply for this position, but the interviewers gave me the impression that they were extremely out of touch with reality.....
I hope the interviewers have a chance to see this article. If they had children of their own, and those children were capable of getting into Harvard, would they stop them and say that attending an ordinary university in Taiwan would be enough? It really is always someone else’s child who suffers.... I hope they do not hire me, otherwise I will confront the supervisor. Of course, thank you still for the interviewers’ opinions. I wish you success with your recruitment, and may everyone who joins be an elite.
