Work experience from several years ago:

1. An extremely traditional family business. The owner is a woman and has a wealthy second-generation son who may take over the business (not sure whether he has taken over yet).

2. The successor often exaggerates his own achievements and takes credit for others' contributions.

3. The successor wants to do many things and rushes into them without thinking them through. The previous post said he was not very smart, which was spot-on!

4. Many long-term employees at the company worked alongside the owner to build the business. The successor always exaggerates by saying that he can control these veteran employees.

5. In the small open space upstairs, if the successor calls you over to talk, you may have to smell cigarette smoke. He will smoke without even politely asking you first—extremely rude! He also takes off his shoes and puts his feet on the chair.

6. If you work at this company, it is also best not to report problems or suggestions to upper management. There is no room for communication, especially with the successor—if he is unhappy with you, he will try to find all kinds of reasons to fire you.

7. The salary is transferred into two separate accounts, and the company reports the minimum wage.

8. He uses vulgar language when speaking to employees, making people feel uncomfortable.

9. I heard that this company quotes very high prices to outside parties and charges clients twice over.
