Pros
The number of employees has decreased from 100 to around 50, and many people have left. In recent years, the company has not paid year-end bonuses either; there is only a Chinese New Year red envelope of NT$500 and a start-of-work red envelope of NT$500.
Cons
Friends who do not have strong material desires or family burdens may apply.
