I sincerely have to say that no company is perfect. Otherwise, why don’t you start your own company and make it a happy workplace? Do you think big companies are great? Setting office politics aside, managers can be moody and unpredictable, and throwing documents is a common occurrence. I’ve also encountered a well-known agency where the boss especially liked asking managers to go to his home and keep him company over tea on weekends and holidays. All I can say is, there are all kinds of bosses. To the person who commented below, complaining about issues at the company: as I recall, you took leave like crazy during your very first week at the company, and took leave every week afterward. Were you performing your job adequately? Why don’t you talk about your own work performance? As for the other person complaining that the boss scolds people: if an employee keeps making the same mistakes, who wouldn’t lose patience? You haven’t even encountered a boss who curses yet. There are simply too many “peach clan” workers these days—people who never first examine their own work attitude and only blindly criticize others. No wonder you can only ever work as a basic assistant.

The workplace naturally has both good and bad aspects. Don’t keep trashing others just because you yourselves were unhappy at work. I’m only speaking up for fairness. If you want to argue, search your conscience and show a good work attitude. Wherever you work, you won’t be treated unfairly.
