The atmosphere within the company is good.

The overtime culture is very serious. When it is time to get off work, no one dares to leave on time. The boss deliberately keeps watch in the office around closing time and closely monitors those who leave. This is an area where traditional industries have considerable room for improvement in their transformation. The boss expects employees to devote their time to the company and does not place much value on employees’ personal time. I worked at Shu-Te for a period of time, and it is a real shame.
