Cons
The supervisor explicitly stated that there is no overtime pay, but there will be a lot of overtime because computer monitor products have short lifecycles and there are also a large number of projects. This position requires independently coordinating and collaborating with other departments, attending meetings with major clients, and frequently traveling to mainland China for prototyping. Just hearing about it makes me feel exhausted @@.
