Almost none. The only times I felt somewhat useful and knew I wouldn’t be scolded were when I was inexplicably made the department’s switchboard operator, and when my supervisor sent me into a site full of overhead cranes and forklifts to make my way through the warehouse to find goods, instead of sitting in the office.

There were two supervisors: one was impatient and short-tempered, while the other was stern and only knew how to reprimand people. Moreover, the company culture had very little tolerance for mistakes; mistyping a single character would get you lectured for half an hour. I completed assigned tasks using the most conscientious approach I could, but I was still harshly criticized. I hope they can be more understanding of their employees.
