The only two advantages that can currently be mentioned are being able to leave work on time and having a 1.5-hour lunch break.
1. There is absolutely no management system to speak of; each salesperson does things their own way. Sales staff handle everything from start to finish, so the work is numerous and miscellaneous, yet the boss still complains that the workload is not full enough.....
2. There are absolutely no benefits to speak of, and salaries have not been adjusted for years.
3. The business-trip allowance and policies are extremely peculiar (if you fly on a day that happens to be a public holiday, you cannot take a substitute day off, and this is treated as perfectly normal).
4. The office environment is messy and outdated.
5. The supervisor is emotional and does things entirely according to their mood!
6. This is a company suitable for taking it easy until retirement; young people who want to push themselves are not suited to it.
