The work environment and equipment are not bad: comfortable chairs, computer equipment, and so on.

Moreover, the company is “basically” a law-abiding company. Although complying with the law should be a given, law-abiding companies seem to be uncommon in Taiwan.

Although this is a school for entering society, do not expect anyone to teach you anything genuinely useful, because almost everyone capable has already left...
