During the interview, I toured the entire factory’s operational process, which gave me a clear understanding of the job duties and the work environment.

Regarding overtime hours and wage calculations, HR only said that the company would not treat hardworking operators unfairly, but could not clearly explain the salary structure or how overtime would be paid. They just kept repeating, “Can you accept working 12 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, under these conditions?”

When the supervisor interviewed us, they also repeatedly emphasized that if production were to increase unexpectedly, we might be called back to work even while on leave.

After evaluating everything, I felt that your company does not regard its employees as important assets, leaving the impression that they are simply used and discarded.
