The air conditioning is as cold as the Arctic.
Maybe they’re afraid the employees’ tempers will get so hot that they’ll burn down the company.
1. The higher-ranking the supervisor, the more they carry a little pocket dictionary of profanity, and the lower their emotional intelligence; there’s swearing every day.
2. The company’s employee stock ownership program is basically a scam.
3. They’re always emotionally blackmailing employees over their willingness to cooperate.
4. The meals… I’d rather eat instant noodles every day.
5. You pay the parking fee, but there might not be a space—and the company might even ticket you.
6. The environment… is terrible.
7. Training… there is none at all.
8. Severance pay… don’t even think about it.
When the company is doing poorly, they pressure employees to resign voluntarily.
9. It’s a responsibility-based system, but the level of control is like dealing with elementary school students.
10. Raises come very slowly, pay cuts happen without warning, and three years of raises aren’t enough to make up for one pay cut.
11. There are far too many negative employees; going to work feels like entering prison.
12. There are also many self-important senior employees, but the supervisors turn a blind eye.
Overall, it’s unbelievably awful.
