The benefits provided to employees are also good.

You can see that the owner puts a lot of thought into the company.

Colleagues get along well, and communication is quite good.

People help one another.

That really is the only way to describe it.

The manager has very poor emotional control, and their language has already reached the level of workplace bullying.

They send private LINE messages in the middle of the night, which is disruptive enough,

and also accuse employees of not responding promptly to company emails after work and on holidays—along with various other unreasonable demands.

In the hierarchical management structure, communication is never shared or synchronized.

The manager has also openly stated that they dislike holding meetings because they are a waste of time.

However, meetings are actually very important. They are a crucial part of communication across departments

and reaching consensus.

A perfectly good company has lost its reputation because of this.

I genuinely feel that the company's systems and its treatment of employees are good,

but a manager like this will only drag the entire team down.
