Convenient workplace location

The salary is okay

If I had the chance to do it over, I definitely would not work for this company.

The exterior and decor look very nice,

but in reality, there are a lot of papers and such inside the company, making it feel dirty and disorganized (or are all interior design companies like this?).

Also, the company is full of older women who are very difficult to communicate with.

They won't listen to any suggestions. If you try to talk to a supervisor, the supervisor will even say they are busy and leave you hanging for two weeks, then ask another colleague to tell you to leave.

Simple matters are made needlessly complicated, requiring you to go through a bunch of procedures. At a meeting, I asked why documents had to be submitted for approval twice, and the senior employee just arrogantly replied, “I don't know; that's how it's always been.”

In short, it's a company that doesn't know how to be flexible.

The online clock-in system seems very employee-friendly at first glance.

Before I started working there, I was told that I could clock in while waiting for the elevator.

But in reality, as long as you're not at your desk after clocking in—even if you've already arrived but just went to get some water—someone will immediately call to ask where you are and tell you to submit a leave request to make up for it.

Also, an older woman who has been there for 20 years monopolizes the water dispenser for at least half an hour every day. The restroom and pantry are dirty and cramped.

Overall, the impression it left me with is that it's a company that only cares about appearances.

The inside is dirty, disorganized, old-fashioned, overloaded with too many miscellaneous things, has poor handovers, and is simply terrible.
