I went to the interview, but no one received me at all. The company didn’t even have a reception desk. After finally finding someone passing by on my own, I was led into the meeting room.

The interview was with the CEO, who first made me wait 15 minutes to assert authority. During the interview, he was using his computer from start to finish. The interview lasted about 40 minutes, but he looked at me for less than 5 minutes in total. The impression was extremely poor.

After the interview, the CEO hurriedly left, and no one came to follow up. I simply walked out of the company on my own (???). There was no further response afterward. Even when I inquired through 104, they did not provide any acknowledgment or reply. Not knowing the interview result was very troubling for the interviewee.

I have rarely had such a poor interview experience. I received the interview invitation directly through 104. If anyone else receives one, I recommend not wasting your time on a company that shows such disrespect to interviewees.
