Basic benefits are provided
Departments almost always leave work on time
A stable lifestyle
The software used is properly licensed
Managers take it easy while subordinates are busy
Company policies fail to keep up with changing times
The company demands performance, but in practice its overall operational direction is much the same as it was twenty years ago
They say they need young people to bring in new energy and ideas
But in reality, they only want to exploit young people
I have never seen young employees attend meetings and contribute their opinions
Salaries do not grow steadily
People in managerial positions have a very peculiar way of thinking
Headquarters and external organizations can never coordinate properly
Those old-timers are just waiting to retire
I strongly advise young people not to join unless they intend to follow along with the company’s rigid ways
Do not expect the company to adopt your opinions
And especially do not expect the company to develop or mentor you
There are power struggles among managers and between departments
There are struggles with external parties as well
The company does not know how to communicate
Managers are good at talking, while the people below them work themselves to death
If you join, you need to know how to defend your own rights
