At first, I didn’t believe the comments from others. After joining, I realized they were all true. What the boss says and does are two different things. They talk about all sorts of visions, such as being on the same path as Facebook, but in the end, they don’t even have a clear idea of what the product direction is. When the company doesn’t make money, they blame the employees for poor efficiency. Many people who couldn’t take it anymore either left on their own or were laid off by the company. It’s truly “wonderful, wonderful.”

P.S.: Those who join, remember to read the “contract” carefully—it’s very important! They make it sound like everything is for the employees’ benefit, but anything vague or unclear means the company doesn’t acknowledge it!
