This company is a great fit for men who like slacking off and have thick skin. As long as you’re a man, you can slack off as much as you like here, and your superiors will even think you’re doing a great job—they won’t say a single harsh word to you. Women are not recommended, because you’ll have to do a lot of work and clean up the messes caused by the men endlessly.
1. Low pay.
2. The senior management taking over is difficult to describe.
3. The work reward-and-punishment system is unclear. Those who take their work seriously are not advised to come here: they will assign you the tasks that other employees should be doing as well, but will not give you a corresponding salary.
4. The work environment is very poor.
5. Many of the men have poor hygiene habits. People who are sensitive to smells and like cleanliness should pass on this place.
6. Mid-level managers like to smooth things over, so if you’re looking for an easy job until retirement, you might consider this place. But if you want to learn and have ambitions, you’ll be very disappointed.
