Pros
1. Expanding the factory, so there should be good prospects.
2. Meals are provided; after relocating to the new factory, there will be a cafeteria.
3. There is a motorcycle shelter, as well as car parking spaces within the factory.
4. There is a 1.5-hour lunch break. (8:30–12:00, 13:30–18:00)
Cons
1. The starting salary for private-university master's graduates is not high—less than 40,000.
2. The benefits system may give people pause.
