1. Very impolite to the interviewee. The boss was typing on a laptop and doing other tasks while conducting the interview... An interview is a two-way process—are you the only one who is busy!?

2. It was unbearably hot on the day of the interview. The small room was extremely stuffy, and they did not even turn on the air conditioning. Does a company really need to save money on air conditioning this way?

3. The digital marketing field can be divided into many areas. Your company clearly wanted to find an affordable, high-quality leader with experience managing ads on Facebook, Google, and LINE (which is difficult, because most ad managers in the industry generally only know how to operate one medium). However, the job description on 104 stated that the position required experience in “digital marketing strategy,” “planning marketing projects and tracking progress, managing manpower and budgets,” “using data analysis results to propose improvements beyond conventional frameworks,” “negotiating cross-industry collaborations,” and other duties. When I was halfway through my self-introduction at the interview, the boss impatiently interrupted and directly said that although having experience in other digital fields was of course good, I had never directly worked as an ad manager and might not meet their needs. The interview was hastily ended in less than half an hour... It was extremely impolite and disrespectful to the interviewee! You were the ones who invited me to interview (I did not apply on my own), and the interviewee’s résumé and experience were clearly stated. Yet you failed to screen candidates properly, causing the interviewee to spend 1.5 hours traveling there, only to be rudely rejected in less than 30 minutes! Extremely rude and disrespectful! If this is how you treat interviewees, anyone considering working there should be careful!
