Cons:
It feels like a very traditional company that does not respect each individual employee. This is my personal experience, provided for everyone’s reference....
I passed the first interview... but I did not want to go to the second interview...
1. During the interview, you have to provide personal information and your past work experience for use by the T3 Group and its affiliated companies. You even have to provide phone numbers so they can call your former companies or colleagues for inquiries.
(This makes people feel very disrespected. They should look at a worker’s performance, rather than judge a person’s strengths and weaknesses—and whether they are suitable for the position—based on their past experience.)
Moreover, there is no year-end bonus. They said this was because I was applying for a position in the sales department.
2. The entire interview was spent asking about the reasons for leaving every previous job and about salary.
3. On the day of the interview, you have to sit alone in a conference room for 30 minutes, waiting for the manager to review your résumé... (The listing on 104 clearly stated everything, but you still have to rewrite it once on the day itself—it is essentially an acknowledgment requiring your signature.)
