Nope.
A company that violates the Labor Standards Act will basically be sued sooner or later!
Ever since an parachuted-in GM, Stanley (formerly GM at Lalamove and inline, a jerk who just came to coast, pad his seniority, mess up the system, and then leave—hehe; naturally, shopline is next to be messed up), came to Taiwan in May 2020, Stanley said that one manager could manage at most 10–15 people, and then started by removing the head of the sales team (although this person was already up to no good and had engaged in bait-and-switch tactics).
However, this GM is currently managing nearly 300 people across all departments (so this is what shamelessly contradicting yourself looks like). I just want to ask: can he really handle it? Huh, huh, huh?!
Then later, he did something even more outrageous: six months later, he hired a completely inexplicable sales head named Hank (of course, one of Stanley’s people). Two people with no sales experience managed things into complete chaos, creating a dreadful mess, and even said that implementing the PIP system was just for testing. Can a large company really let you test things however you want? Why not go back and study how to manage properly and make meaningful contributions!
The head of a sales team only has to relay the GM’s orders to earn the title of head—what an easy job!
Now let’s see what the future holds for shopline! 😉
If you still naively think that having shopline on your résumé is a major plus, we look forward to hearing you share shopline’s future with us!
“Having nothing, yet obtaining the center” could not describe shopline more aptly.
