1. Countless “various special assistants,” but no one knows what they do.
2. Countless “various meetings,” but none of them result in any decisions.
3. Countless instances of “orders changing from morning to evening,” but no one knows what the heck is being changed back and forth.
4. Reduced to using positional authority to deal with people, while—despite claiming to have been in the industry for so long—they apparently have no idea how intense the competition outside is.
5. What does “hypocrisy” mean? It means this company thinks it takes great care of its employees, yet tolerates all kinds of vicious infighting and rumor-spreading among those with authority.
6. Competitors, get moving! Now is the best time, because this company has become unbearably antiquated internally!
