6. You get to work with a lot of new equipment
1. It is a family business, and the father and son often have differing opinions, which makes getting things done very difficult
2. The boss has an extremely high opinion of himself and constantly talks about how we are a 60-year-old established company
3. When the boss loses his temper, he raises his voice at employees
4. The standards for distributing bonuses depend on the boss’s preferences
5. It appears to have a well-established system, but in reality there are more slogans than substance. Every quarter, we have to conduct reviews and hold an annual goals meeting, but they are basically just reports with data that are not very meaningful. We review roughly the same things every year
6. Aside from sales, whose KPIs can be measured by performance, it is unclear what the standards are for other departments. This makes it easy to do more and make more mistakes, while doing nothing causes no trouble. If you do more, the boss will not thank you; instead, they will bring it up later to criticize you
7. The younger boss has many ideas: he wants to do a whole host of things and acquire a whole host of agencies. The problem is that there is neither money nor people, which exhausts those who already have a heavy workload
8. The boss often contacts people outside working hours
9. Professional expertise is not particularly respected. There are many meetings, but after discussing things for a long time, the boss still makes the final decision
10. Staffing allocation among departments is somewhat problematic; some people really have very little to do
11. People who have stayed for a long time have really stayed for a long time; everyone else has a high turnover rate
