Paychecks arrive on time
Low pay, low pay, low pay,
They spare no expense when buying equipment and machinery, but giving raises is treated like it costs them their lives... The same job postings have been hanging there for years, offering anywhere from 25K to 40K, and they still can't hire anyone... Even after working for more than five years, you still can't earn 26K... Do you want to come work here?? The more skills you have, the more work they dump on you; a raise... dream on...
In 2020... all the factories in mainland China were shut down... Outsourced processing also had to be brought back in-house...
The workload exploded... salaries have never increased... They only know how to tell people to work overtime. Efficiency??!! Naturally, it has never improved...呵呵
The supervisors only care about enjoying their own benefits, while they don't care about the benefits of the people below them. Benefits decrease year after year, and year-end bonuses also decrease year after year. If the overall environment is poor, it's barely acceptable as a short-term transition, but for the long term, you'd better look elsewhere...
