You only need to experience it yourself to know that the online reviews are true, especially Doim’s comments—I could really relate.
HR said from the beginning that they would offer me the highest salary they could. This was the first time I encountered a company that stated the salary directly before I had even started speaking with the manager. The figure was really low, even lower than the salary from my first job.
The interview took a long time, with most of it wasted waiting for the interview. No one looked at the résumé I brought from beginning to end, so there is no need to bring a résumé you prepared yourself when you go for the interview.
During the interview, the manager did most of the talking. From beginning to end, the only focus was criticizing my inadequate technical abilities. In addition, when discussing A, the manager would often bring up unrelated B, and I had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.
At the end of the manager’s interview, they said they wanted to have the chairman interview me. Because the conversation with the manager had been very unpleasant, I said on the spot that there was no need to proceed further. It was obvious at the time that the interviewing manager was somewhat taken aback, and then the manager began lecturing me for nearly 30 minutes. I couldn’t leave even though I wanted to.
