I have worked at the company for about five years. The departments get along harmoniously, and the boss has a humorous and fun personality— you can talk about anything with him. Sometimes, he even treats everyone to afternoon tea (fried chicken cutlets, pizza, drinks, small cakes, etc.). There are also group meals and employee trips (to Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, etc.). Overall, the company’s operations are basically very good!!!

Labor and health insurance are handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Public holidays are days off, and annual leave, personal leave, sick leave, bereavement leave, and so on are all available when needed. If you take a particularly long leave, the boss will want to know the reason (for example, taking an extended leave to travel abroad is approved!). Of course, the prerequisite is that work is not affected. Bereavement leave is also handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, so as long as the requirements are met, the leave will be approved.

The work is indeed relatively busy, but it is not overwhelming. Overtime is not required, and if overtime does occur, overtime pay is provided. There is an additional bonus for each completed case, so with the base salary plus bonuses, you can earn quite a lot. There is also a year-end bonus.

The drawback is that the internal regulations sometimes change back and forth. Although this is also intended to appease clients, it makes things difficult for employees. Hopefully this can be improved in the future :)…
