Are you kidding?
You have the interviewee take a one-hour test, while the interview only takes 10 minutes?
Then you say there is no hiring need and that they don't fit the position.
Why invite people to an interview and waste their time?
Moreover, based on what I’ve seen shared on interview review sites,
many people have had this problem!
