I have been working here for two years. When I first joined, the company had 5.60 employees, and it has now grown to over 100. My salary has also increased from NT$30,000 when I started to often more than NT$40,000 now. Whether at the beginning or currently, the salary is much higher than what other companies offer for business assistant positions. Although the work is relatively busy, it is proportional to the salary. The boss is also very generous with bonuses. Since I joined, many additional bonuses have been introduced for us to earn. In addition to the base salary, there is a bonus after each case is completed. Our normal working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and we are not required to work overtime. We get public holidays off, annual leave, employee trips (we were originally going to Japan last year! Unfortunately, the pandemic happened, so we changed it to a domestic trip, which was also a lot of fun), year-end bonuses, and more. Sometimes the company even treats everyone to afternoon tea (last time, they bought us tangyuan for the Winter Solstice~). We also often go out for company dinners together. Most importantly, everyone gets along very well. The boss is humorous and the kind of person you can joke around with; he is not serious or rigid. We can talk to him about any problems, so I feel quite happy working here!

Because the number of employees keeps growing, the office is spread across too many floors. I hope that one day we can achieve our goal of having everyone on the same floor~
