The company's products are really easy to use.

The company's CEO always follows through on his own ideas, absolutely never changes orders from one day to the next, and never changes back and forth—really, never. The newly appointed CEO also definitely won't lay off employees; he trusts them a lot and gives them complete freedom to do their jobs. He also gives out generous year-end bonuses. What a great company : )
