Most colleagues are easy to get along with.
1. There are too many meetings; you may have to give the same report three times in one week.
2. Supervisors never seem to understand their subordinates’ work, and workloads are distributed unevenly.
3. Even when you have already reported something to the supervisor and made revisions according to their requirements, the supervisor ultimately does not remember it.
4. For projects that require spending money, they want professional results but also want them to be cheap, without providing a budget. Instead, you have to ask vendors everywhere for quotes, making the work extremely difficult.
5. For copy and content that need to be reviewed by the supervisor, the supervisor rarely checks them personally and simply passes them to others. They never confirm them afterward either, only saying, “You’re amazing—you completed so much content.” Meanwhile, they keep assigning other projects to you, reducing the time available for execution.
6. During meeting presentations, they are often inattentive and chat with others. Later, they ask about the project’s progress, which feels very disrespectful.
7. When they see employees staying late to work overtime, they only tell them to hurry home and do not thoroughly understand the reasons for the overtime.
8. Overtime pay can only be claimed after one year of employment. Even when taking compensatory leave, you still have to respond to work messages.
9. When meetings affect the lunch break, there is no other space in the company where you can rest quietly. You can only sit at your desk or find a place outside to rest so that you will not be disturbed.
