大樹連鎖藥局_大樹醫藥股份有限公司
Pros

1. Everyone is very young

Cons

1. The company managers are too subjective in their opinions, and their working style is difficult to accept. They accept all kinds of miscellaneous tasks and never refuse, but then assign them to subordinates to do.

2. The division of responsibilities is unclear. The work is very miscellaneous and broad, with no particular professional skills required. I often receive unexpected miscellaneous tasks, making it impossible to properly handle my own responsibilities.

3. Physical contact through body language between colleagues is uncomfortable and makes people feel uneasy.

4. Departments love to shift responsibility, and their tone is “super super super” unfriendly. They easily bully newcomers, new employees, and people who do not yet understand things well.

5. The company clearly needs more capable people to help expand and grow, and often talks about it, but in practice is unwilling to spend money hiring experienced people. Instead, it expects them to “quickly” learn to become like experienced employees, while the salary is completely disproportionate.

5. Although it is supposedly a publicly listed company, the facility is just a sheet-metal building. Whenever someone jumps or logistics personnel move things, the floor shakes intensely—enough to make items on desks fall. It is also extremely noisy when it rains, so noisy that meetings cannot be held.

6. Although there is a cleaning lady, employees still have to take out the trash themselves. The company says the indoor trash cans are only for small items and that large items must be taken out downstairs. Employees also have to help replenish toilet paper in the restrooms. It makes absolutely no sense.

7. You even have to queue to use the restroom! Queue! Queue!

8. You even have to queue to heat up your lunch box, and the water dispenser in the employee lounge is always empty.

9. The departments are severely understaffed, but they never hire anyone!

10. Overtime is routinely required, but the standards for approving overtime applications are extremely strict. If you work overtime, you are asked whether you are too slow because you could not finish on time; if you do not, people assume you have very little work and assign you more tasks?

11. There are far too many group chats, and you have to be disturbed on holidays, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
