I... really can't think of anything... except that the salary is in line with the market average for someone with my experience.
1. The work system's user interface isn't very user-friendly (it's software developed in-house, and its operating method is quite different from typical software—for example, ESC means "execute").
2. The overtime pay arrangement isn't very employee-friendly. It is usually paid once a month, but here it is paid once a year (or so I've heard).
3. The environment is typical of a traditional industry. Large trucks frequently enter and leave the plant, and the workplace is very noisy, so earplugs are necessary.
