None.
1. Filling out a bunch of personality tests is a waste of time.
2. The interviewers’ responses made them seem very indifferent, and the atmosphere was not very OK.
3. One of the interviewers (who felt like an old-timer) kept scrolling through his phone and seemed not to be listening. He only responded when I introduced a work related to luxury cars, but instead of asking about the concept of the work, he kept asking about my family background (what does my family background have to do with him...? The questioning process was very unpleasant). After the whole process, I really did not want to work with these people.
