Pros

The colleagues are okay (within the same department only).

Cons

There are too many. Even people from different departments can cause trouble for PTs—seriously, unbelievable.

First point: I don't know which clueless salesperson took on a customer who requires 50 boxes of fruit to be delivered every two weeks.

I really have no idea which brain-dead person signed that contract in the first place.

And why doesn't the clueless person who signed the contract have to participate in any of the preparatory work for the fruit?

It clearly wasn't my contract, yet I have to help the exhausted people prepare, pack, and organize the goods.

That salesperson is definitely an idiot.

Second point: The colleague who orders supplies should, in theory, be responsible for the inventory of all the items for sale.

In that case, counting the inventory should be your responsibility, right?

Why does the PT have to help you count the inventory every time they pull out supplies?

The quantities and inventory should be correct when you count them yourself, shouldn't they?

Besides, you're a full-time employee. How is counting the inventory something the PT has to do for you?

We've already helped you pull out and shelve the goods, and we still have to help you count them. Do you know how troublesome and time-consuming it is to write the dates?

And another thing: Why is the inventory always out of sync? There have been several times when something was clearly out of stock,

yet customers could still place orders. Then I have to waste a lot of time looking for it, and still can't find it.

Then I have to ask you to cancel the item or replace it with something else.

Why have the inventory problems still not been fixed? This way of working is extremely inefficient.

Third point: I heard that a female colleague transferred from the translation department to the shipping department, though I don't know whether she's there for support or what.

Apart from printing order slips and calling delivery drivers, she may also be responsible for a small part of marketing, perhaps?

Other than that, I really can't see how busy this female colleague, who only prints order slips, could possibly be.

Once, another colleague of mine brought a stack of envelopes and asked you to help write on them, but you immediately said,

“Wouldn't it be faster if we divided them up for everyone to write?” and simply brushed the task off.

To be frank, I've also written and sent out more envelopes than you did back then, and I didn't say a word.

You're a full-time employee, and you don't have much to do. If you won't even handle a small task like this, what are you good for?

I judge people by how they handle small things. Whether or not you're older than me, I think your attitude toward work is terrible.

So I don't want to be nice to you. Besides, the two people who interviewed me were S and Mr. J.

Strictly speaking, I shouldn't even have to pick the orders you print, because you're neither my supervisor nor my boss.

Why should I pick your orders? In theory, all 1H orders should be picked, packed, and shipped by you.

That would be the most efficient arrangement, with everyone handling their own work at the same time,

rather than you only printing order slips and then deliberately standing at the front afterward to see whether anyone notices them.

I deliberately pretended not to know, just to see how long you would keep putting on that act.

Fourth point: This has less to do with my department and is something I've observed about many full-time employees at this company.

They often arrive late and leave early, and when there are consecutive holidays, they're very good at taking extra leave on the day before and the first day back.

What's even stranger is that there are three customer-service colleagues, positioned on the left, in the middle, and on the right. The two on the sides

are extremely dedicated to their work, while the one in the middle opened my eyes.

I can only say that from the time I entered the workforce until now, I've never seen anyone take one or two hours just to get water during a break.

I've often been in the kitchen preparing corn, and it takes over three hours, sometimes even longer.

Then I saw the middle customer-service colleague leisurely stretching, zoning out, chatting, and so on.

Oh, she even got carried away chatting. Otherwise, when I went downstairs to pull out supplies, I'd see her out and about, with no idea where she was going.

I'd really like to know how much monthly salary this middle customer-service colleague receives. This behavior is simply outrageous.

I'm very glad I don't have such a do-nothing colleague around me—someone who takes the company's money but only knows how to waste time.

Of course, I'm not specifically targeting anyone; I just think it's absurd.

Fifth point: The salary is paid incredibly late. On the fifth of every month, it isn't deposited until nearly 6 p.m., right when the workday is almost over.

Absolutely ridiculous~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Sixth point: The refrigerated and frozen storage areas are cramped, which hurts work efficiency.

The company wants to handle fresh food products but isn't willing to spend money on better equipment.

The cost is borne by the customer-service staff, who then also have to waste money.

Simply put, this company has many employees who are like old-timers.

When things are busy, you see some people wandering around idly.

Some people cook noodles or other food while watching shows and things like that.

Different people are raised differently. I'm just a PT preparing for exams.

After three months, I'm getting ready to leave. I hope the PTs hired afterward have smooth sailing,

because this place is really awful. It is only suitable for those old hands who have been here since the company's founding,

staying on as dead weight and stealing a salary until retirement. Other than that, forget it.
