Other than its name recognition, I can't think of any other advantages.

1. It operates under a responsibility-based system, and overtime is frequent. Leaving one hour after the end of the workday is considered leaving early; usually, overtime starts at 2–4 hours at a time, and working until midnight is also common.

2. The interview stated that overtime pay was provided, but after joining, I learned that overtime is considered routine, so there is no overtime pay. Occasionally, overtime pay can be requested for additional tasks, but it must first be reviewed and approved by a supervisor.

3. National holidays are shifted and compensated on other days. If this results in three consecutive days off, an approval process is required.

4. The salary is low, and I don't know what kind of salary adjustment system there is.
