1. The work environment feels very relaxed. As soon as you enter, there is even an area that looks like a lounge bar, and the reception staff are also very polite.

2. The interviewer was very punctual. The interview started as soon as the scheduled time arrived. Unlike some companies, they did not make the interviewee wait for their meeting to end even though it was already interview time.

3. They did not ask intrusive personal questions. I want to give them great credit for this, because many companies beat around the bush and ask questions about applicants’ private lives. They should ask questions related to one’s career to understand whether the person is suitable for the position and shares the same理念 as the company!!

There are many things to learn, so I’m a little worried that I won’t be able to keep up with the pace.
