Before the interview, you need to fill out some basic information (including your expected salary) and submit your own interview materials. You will then be asked to watch a video lasting up to 17 minutes.
The video features the company’s owner giving an invited speech. It feels like a bit of a waste of time, and the owner will only come in to interview you after you finish watching it.
The questions are generally about what in the video attracted you, why you chose Jhen Sheng Yu, how much you know about the company, and your own strengths and weaknesses.
The interview location is somewhat like the company’s warehouse. It is a little far from the MRT station and requires walking for more than 10 minutes.
