1. The female HR representative was polite and clearly explained the company’s situation and compensation.
2. Meals are provided, with the company covering part of the cost.
3. The junior supervisor answered questions about the job duties quite honestly and did not deliberately conceal anything. (This gives applicants a chance to think things over and decide whether they can accept the conditions before joining.)
