I highly recommend this interviewer! I applied for a marketing position, but my résumé says that I graduated in journalism and that my previous work was also related to journalism. So the interviewer asked me questions such as: What do you hope to gain from this job? Why are you interested in this position? What are your career goals for the next 3–5 years? I probably didn’t answer very well, so the interviewer seemed to notice the conflict in my mind and even suggested that I apply for editorial or writing reporter positions instead, giving me a guiding light. Although I didn’t get a position at this company afterward, I still benefited greatly from the experience!
It’s a bit far from my home, and I have to transfer twice.
