Position: (Senior) Web Backend Engineer
I arrived early, but the interviewer was still chatting with someone else? I could let that slide.
Written test: Technical knowledge (basically questions from old exams), logic (brain teasers)
First, let me say that I completed both sections. But after I submitted them, the interviewer asked me to go back, saying: The test is still being discussed with the manager; if there is a second interview, they will notify me separately.
At this point, I’m sure everyone understands. Regardless of how professional an interviewee is, using a written test to cover every aspect—what a “high-class” company!
Also, if you want to evaluate interviewees through a test, why not just do it online? You asked me to come to the interview—didn’t I have to spend money to get there?
If any of you are planning to interview with this company, whether you’re just entering the workforce or have already been navigating the working world, I sincerely advise you not to. Don’t waste your money and time. You deserve a better interview experience.
