The boss is highly suspicious, while the trusted subordinates (the greasy-haired managers) act like fools.

They hide away all day under the pretext of holding meetings.

The planning managers have no hands-on experience and are helpless as they watch employees leave.

They act as if more staff can simply be hired whenever needed and don't treat team members as people who matter. When problems arise, the trusted subordinates (the greasy-haired managers) respond just like the boss: “So what do you think we should do?” End of story! Employees are left to solve things themselves.

The projects brought in by the sales team are worse than one another. Once a contract is successfully signed, they wash their hands of it. For the sake of money, the customer comes first, while the people responsible for execution are treated as if they don't matter.

The three brothers who are the trusted subordinates (the greasy-haired managers) are all managers. Someone who didn't know better would think this was their family business.

The planning managers drive people away and still don't think they've done anything wrong. The managers' capabilities need improvement: they don't know how to lead people or handle situations. At the weekly meetings, they don't solve problems and only criticize the execution team!
