1. The process deputy manager is quite young, probably around 30, so communication should be relatively easy!
2. The position is mainly regular day shifts. Weekend duty is sometimes required, but you can apply for overtime pay or compensatory time off.
PS: Overtime requests must be reported to the department supervisor in advance. After obtaining approval, you can submit the overtime (pay) request.
3. 0.5 month’s salary for the Mid-Autumn Festival, 0.5 month’s salary for the Dragon Boat Festival, and one month’s year-end bonus
