During the interview, I heard the interviewer say that the average salary for store staff in 2020 was NT$45,000. I didn’t believe it at first, but later asked a friend to inquire (about the store near the Presidential Office Building), and confirmed that it really was true. I was very excited.

The company’s management rules have been reviewed and approved by the Labor Department, which makes me feel reassured.

Before starting the job, there are 4–5 days of training. Looking at the curriculum, I felt it was very comprehensive—unlike my previous company, where we only had one day of pre-employment training before being sent to the store to face customers.

Although the store supervisor is young, I feel that they are very well-versed in handling interpersonal matters when discussing things. I think that’s pretty good.

There is a lot to learn, so I’m worried I won’t be able to keep up with the pace.

I heard there will be a computer skills test, so I’m a little worried about the exam.
