The colleagues are generally nice.

There are many managers in the Digital Department, and they change their expectations of your work from day to day, so you have no idea what they want. Also, as long as the managers really like a particular colleague, they become blind to that person’s faults; even when that colleague makes mistakes, they can do no wrong.

In addition, there is a very conceited manager in the Digital Department who spends every workday scrolling through social media on their phone and accomplishing nothing, but is very good at taking credit. They then dump all the bad things on you to handle and are extremely irresponsible.

This company is quite lacking in integrity. Not only did it fail to implement the agreed-upon salary increase after the probation period, but it also did not properly carry out the year-end performance review.
