If your company isn't sincere about interviewing people, please don't randomly contact candidates...
Your company's application form is truly the most tedious and complicated one I've ever filled out, with the most required fields as well...
You called me in for an interview, and for half an hour, this manager spoke in an extremely cutting manner.
They kept making sarcastic remarks, only to say at the end that you were looking for someone with experience in a related industry.
Then you shouldn't have sent me an interview invitation in the first place, nor asked me to come in—only to make cutting remarks and then say you had contacted the wrong person.
Don't other people's time matter too?
