After thinking about it for a long time, I could only come up with one advantage: convenient transportation, being close to Zhongli Railway Station.
1. The base salary is low, and it is also very difficult to earn business commissions—not to mention other assistants or those who do not have to go out and therefore do not receive business commissions.
2. What I find very strange is that the entire company does not even have someone responsible for handling computer-related issues. There are many problems with the email system, which often causes me to be blamed by clients.
3. The employee turnover rate is very high. When I asked people privately, most said it was because of salary issues.
4. The base salary is already low, yet the perfect-attendance bonus is also deducted, so make sure to clarify this when negotiating your salary.
5. Also, the company’s employees do not work on the same floor. On the floors where the boss is not present, many people slack off, and they also ostracize newcomers.
