Probably the only good thing is that the colleagues are nice.
The company’s upper management only listens to managers who don’t know how to get things done and only flatter others. They ruthlessly force out employees with over a decade or two of service. Layoffs are as routine as changing clothes—so fast that you don’t have time to react. Internal workflows are chaotic and disorganized. Working here is truly a waste of life. The company also offers the same salary year after year, with no raises ever. Would you still dare to join this company? There is absolutely no future here. It is a company led by a second-generation heir toward self-destruction. Even coming for an interview is a waste of time!!
