Pros

If treating hardship as a virtue, it is like coming to an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Cons

If all those past reviews are true, then all I can say is that none of them were wrong—and there are even more outrageous things that have not been exposed.

First of all, the benefits are absolutely terrible. To put it bluntly, there is not a single benefit here that can be presented as an advantage. Pathetic!

It would be bad enough to have no overtime pay, but they also deduct 30 minutes when converting compensatory time. If dinner costs more than 100, you have to cover the difference yourself, and if a drink costs more than 50, you have to rush to claim the difference. It is utterly ridiculous. Of course, there has never been such a thing as a bonus either. And honestly, without tangible rewards like overtime pay and bonuses, what idiot would be willing to work that hard? You can work yourself to death and win a contract bid, yet the reward is still zero—the same as if you had not won it. Who would be willing to work hard?

Next is expense reimbursement for business trips. You have to pay the expenses upfront yourself, and then, even after completing the complicated paper-based application process, you still cannot get the money for three whole months. The greatest irony is that you may have to take a long-distance trip because of one casual remark from the boss or senior management, immediately abandoning the work at hand. Yet whether it is the calculation of hours for official leave or the clock-in system, everything is extremely complicated, and one small mistake can make it appear that you have insufficient attendance hours.

On top of that, this company's management is absolutely a disaster. No! I should say that management simply does not exist here. The boss does whatever they feel like doing, ignoring the work schedules already arranged by supervisors and randomly assigning tasks to you. Things are already inefficient enough, yet they create a two-headed command structure. Horizontal communication is also terrible: cross-departmental collaboration is always a crash waiting to happen. Work assignments are so chaotic that if someone you are working with suddenly resigns or takes leave, the people left behind have no idea what that person did on the project or how to take over. Then the company ends up breaching contracts and being fined. Does this really have nothing to do with the company's disastrous systems and policies?

The HR and finance departments have serious problems with emotional self-management. Even when you ask about an expense claim or a work-related issue, they can give you attitude, as if you owed them money.

The above is only some of my work experience. Please, if you are reading this, think carefully again about whether this is really a company you should join.
