1. Extremely exploitative of back-office workers. The first year is a low-paid contract position, and you can only become a regular employee in the second year.
2. Courses are held during lunch breaks. The email says supervisors cannot force employees to attend, but when no one attended, headquarters pressured supervisors to “promote” them.
3. They say there is overtime pay, but then the supervisors and long-time employees all say they never reported overtime. Would anyone else dare to report it?
4. It is a situation where older employees do not leave and new employees do not stay. The long-time colleagues are not exactly backstabbing, but their thinking is rigid and decayed.
5. The office is managed like a production line. Work must be timed, and every task has a different time limit.
