Workplace reviews and discussion: 智擎數位科技股份有限公司

I’ve been here for a year and a half. The atmosphere among colleagues is great; it feels like everyone is family, with a strong team spirit.

I think the boss is a perfectionist. Although the work can be stressful, as long as you’re willing to learn, work diligently, and maintain a proactive attitude, the boss is always willing to give bonuses and genuinely cares about employees.

Some younger colleagues really don’t have a very good attitude toward work. They cut corners and slack off, then get chewed out by their supervisors. People like this only come up here to complain.
